However, not giving up the full time Career, but starting a part time business baking that turned into a full time operation with the opening of our first brick and mortar store location. 
Always had a knack of cooking from the time of being a short order cook and pizza maker to now making homemade scratch recipes from their recently rented Commercial Kitchen in Birds Hill MB. to there new retail location located at 250 Marion Street in Winnipeg.
